The UMI 2330 road-race k-member is a replacement front crossmember for 1998–2002 GM F‑Body LSX projects, built to reduce weight and raise roll center for sharper handling. Its industry‑exclusive dual‑tube construction and additional bracing make it street‑ready and track capable while shedding 25 lb compared with stock. An anti‑slide retention system helps retain alignment under racing loads. It requires UMI lower A‑arms (2309 or 2314 recommended) and fits with UMI 2323, 2328 or factory GM LS1 22179268 engine mounts.
