The UMI road-race k-member for 1998–2002 GM F-Body removes 25 lb from the front and raises roll-center height with revised geometry and dual-tube construction. Additional bracing and an anti-slide retention system maintain alignment under racing stress; the k-member requires UMI 2323/2328 or factory 1998–2002 LS1 mounts and UMI lower a-arms for the revised lower a-arm locations.
