The COMP Cams bronze distributor gear (.530" I.D.) is machined from AMPCO-45 extruded aluminum bronze with 5% nickel to pair with steel roller camshafts. Its reinforced tooth design resists wear even with high-pressure oil systems. This gear is specified for Ford SVO V8 302–351W applications and fits a 0.530" distributor shaft, replacing cast iron gears that are not compatible with steel cams.
