The COMP Cams AMPCO-45 aluminum bronze distributor gear (.491" I.D.) is made for steel roller cam installations where cast iron gears are incompatible. With 5% nickel added and a high-strength tooth profile, this gear resists wear under high-pressure oil pump conditions and fits Chevrolet V6 200–262, V8 265–400 and 396–454 applications where MSD distributors are used.
