The Ford Racing forged steel crankshaft is a finish-machined Boss 302 replacement with a 92.7 mm stroke used in the 2012–2013 Mustang Boss 302 engines. It provides the same basic balance target as the production BOSS 302 connecting rod and piston assembly for direct interchangeability. If you install this crank with a different rod and piston assembly, the crank requires balancing to match the new rotating assembly.
