The COMP Cams Camshaft Kit C43 266H-R12 is a complete cam upgrade kit that includes the camshaft and all required hardware for installation. The K-KIT supplies lifters, valve springs, retainers, locks, valve stem seals, timing chain set, assembly lube, decals and instructions. Intended to improve low-end and mid-range power, it works with throttle-body and sequential port injection when paired with an aftermarket chip.
