The COMP Cams HV camshaft for GM LS Gen III/IV 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L engines is tuned to improve drivability, towing response and to shift peak torque higher in smaller-displacement engines. With a .575-inch lift it produces a deep lope and provides up to +94 peak horsepower and increased torque from about 2800 rpm. It works with an inexpensive 26906 valve spring upgrade and is compatible with stock converters.
