The COMP Cams Stage 2 LST hydraulic roller camshaft is a no-springs-required cam for 2003–2010 Ford PowerStroke 6.0L and 6.4L engines. Intended for more aggressive builds, this Stage 2 grind is described as well suited to take advantage of additional boost and more aggressive tuning on modified engines while avoiding the need for valve spring changes in many installations.
