The COMP Cams FB 294S-10 solid-lifter cam is built for street/strip cars that can accommodate higher compression and aggressive gearing. It works best with 10.0:1 or greater compression, lower gears and a 3000+ rpm stall converter or a 4-speed transmission, and will produce a very rough idle. Use this cam when top-end power and race-style gearing are part of the plan.
