The COMP Cams camshaft set for 2011–2014 Ford 5.0L Coyote engines (CR 227/229) offers a higher-performance cam upgrade over stock and older NSR profiles. These cams are optimized for Mustang firing order; installation on F-150 applications requires updating the firing order accordingly. Note that a valve spring kit is required unless using Boss heads.
