The COMP Cams CS 292BR-6 camshaft features a .900" base circle and a torque-focused profile for late-model racers. It produces strong torque for 406+ ci late-model engines or 355 ci packages running 9.5:1 and higher compression. The cam is optimized for melanized or nitrided distributor gears and will not fit 1955–1957 SBC engines with a rear journal oiling groove without a special version.
