The COMP Cams CS 298Rx‑6 camshaft is aimed at late‑model race builds over 400 ci using good heads and light valves. It’s presented as a cam profile for larger displacement late‑model engines where valve timing complements head and intake flow. As with other CS parts, 1955–57 SBC engines that have an oiling groove in the rear journal require a different camshaft—contact us for the grooved journal option.
