The COMP Cams CS 300F-6 camshaft targets high‑RPM small‑block Chevy builds. Intended for 350–400ci engines with at least 11.5:1 compression, ported heads and a 5000+ stall converter, it favors aggressive valvetrain and intake combinations. It is not compatible with 1955–57 SBCs that use a rear‑journal oiling groove unless a special cam with that groove is obtained.
