The COMP Cams cam and lifter kit ships with camshaft, lifters, assembly lube, decals and instructions and targets pro-street and all-out bracket racing. It requires a very high stall converter—about 3500–4000 rpm—and 10:1–11:1 compression, plus an aftermarket manifold and a 750 CFM carburetor to realize its peak power characteristics for competitive race applications.
