The BD Diesel 47RE transmission kit for 2003–2004 Dodge 4WD upgrades core internals for heavy-duty use. It replaces stock thrust washers with roller Torrington bearings, adds drilled lubrication feeds, a redesigned valve body, heavier clutches and a rigid aluminum pan that increases oil capacity and reduces case flex. The kit increases line pressure, is dyno-tested and comes with BD’s auxiliary full-flow filter options for added protection.
