The Kartboy short shifter kit is made for 2004–2021 Subaru WRX/STi six-speed transmissions to shorten shift throw compared with the factory lever. It’s a complete short shifter solution specified for the listed model years, intended to deliver a more direct shift feel. The kit replaces the factory shifter assembly to alter lever ratio for quicker manual gear changes without changing transmission internals.
