BD Diesel’s full interlocking pressure plate kit for 2011–2019 Ford 6.7L 6R140 transmissions is intended for complete transmission rebuilds where increased clutch holding capacity and reliability are required. The patented interlocking plates raise the number of frictions and steels across affected clutch packs to strengthen engagement. The full kit includes three sets of interlocking plates with new snap rings and machined apply pistons to reduce slippage and help prevent shift flare during heavy-duty operation.
