The McLeod aluminum flywheel is a lightweight, two-piece unit machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a replaceable steel friction plate and a 1045 steel hardened ring gear. Suited to higher-horsepower and boosted combinations, it’s CNC-machined for accuracy and offered SFI-rated in select configurations. Applications include many Chevrolet small- and big-block V8 engines listed for mid-1950s through 1990.
