This Clutch Masters lightweight aluminum flywheel is a 267mm conversion machined for 1997–2003 BMW 540i (4.4L V8, E39) applications and is CNC-turned from billet with precision balancing. Aluminum units receive Type III hard anodizing for durability. It’s SFI 1.2 certified for motorsports and built to pair specifically with Clutch Masters FX100–FX500 conversion clutch kits; it will not work with OEM clutch assemblies.
