The Clutch Masters aluminum flywheel for the 2002–2006 Mini Cooper S is CNC machined from billet cores, precision balanced and Type III hard-anodized for durability. Flywheels are zero-balanced, assembled and inspected in the USA, and are SFI 1.2 certified for motorsports use. The design includes a replaceable steel friction insert, can be paired with OEM or aftermarket clutches built to OEM specs, and is intended to improve rev response in turbocharged setups.
