The Ford Racing heavy-duty aluminum driveshaft assembly for 1979–1995 Mustang is a 3.5-inch diameter, 0.114-inch wall driveshaft made from 6061-RT62 seamless drawn aluminum. It ships with 1330 U-joints, measures 45.5 inches long, and is intended as a high-strength replacement for street and race use. Note: it will not fit 1999–2004 Cobra applications.
