The Omix rear differential carrier assembly for Dana 35/Dana 44 is an OE-style replacement built to meet factory specifications. The kit includes carrier, spider gears, carrier bearings, races, shims and ring gear bolts and accepts common 3.55 and 3.73 gear ratios. It fits 1996–1998 Grand Cherokee ZJ and 1999–2004 Grand Cherokee WJ models equipped with Dana 35 open differentials.
