The UMI K-member (no motor mounts) for 1993–2002 GM F-Body vehicles is a fixture-welded crossmember built from DOM steel tubing with TIG and MIG welds and CNC-machined a-arm mounts. It reduces front-end weight by about 30 lbs and offers added clearance for headers and turbo piping while maintaining factory fitment via locator pins. Supplied bare or powder coated, it accepts factory power steering racks and improves strength and alignment options.
