The Clutch Masters FX350 clutch kit for 1997-2003 BMW 540 4.4L E39 provides a street/race upgrade with roughly 110% increased holding capacity over stock. Using a Power Plus I heavy-duty pressure plate and Fiber-Tough friction material, the FX350 balances durability and drivability for highly tuned naturally aspirated or moderately boosted engines. This conversion kit requires Clutch Masters' 267mm flywheel and will not work with the OEM flywheel.
