The Clutch Masters FX200 clutch kit for 2005–2007 BMW 330i (3.0L, 6-speed) pairs a Power Plus I heavy-duty pressure plate with a steel-backed Kevlar friction disc to deliver about 70% increased holding capacity while offering 2–3 times the life expectancy of similar stages. The Kevlar material is non-abrasive, yields slightly increased pedal pressure, and preserves a smooth, stock-like engagement. This conversion requires a Clutch Masters flywheel and will not work with the OEM flywheel.
