The Clutch Masters FX400 8-puck sprung ceramic clutch kit for 1995–2000 BMW M3 E36 (3.0L and 3.2L applications) is an extreme-duty race/street system offering a quoted 170% increase in holding capacity. The FX400 pairs a Power Plus I heavy-duty pressure plate with a sprung ceramic disc available in 6- or 8-puck versions; note this conversion requires a Clutch Masters flywheel and will not work with the OEM flywheel.
