The ACT HD/Race Clutch Kit is a heavy-duty single-clutch assembly for 2001 BMW M3 applications that combines ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate with a rigid 6-pad race disc. The pressure plate's exclusive diaphragm and four-stage heat treatment increase clamp load and reduce deflection; the 6-pad ceramic disc suits larger clutch sizes for heat absorption. A one-year warranty supports its use in demanding conditions.
