The ACT HD/Modified Street Clutch Kit for 2002 Mini Cooper pairs ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate with a modified street disc to upgrade clutch clamp and durability. The diaphragm-style pressure plate increases clamp load and resists deflection via a four-stage heat treat and precision stampings. The modified disc uses premium organic friction with high copper content and steel-backed lining for improved heat transfer and strength, and the kit includes heavy-duty torsional springs and a one-year warranty.
