The ACT HD/Race Sprung 6-pad clutch kit for Acura/Honda J35 applications combines ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate with a spring-centered 6-pad race disc to improve clamp load, heat handling and shift speed. Diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat treatment and covers are precision stamped for rigidity and consistency. The 6-pad, spring-centered disc helps damp vibration and is recommended for larger clutch sizes where greater heat absorption is needed.
