Its billet aluminum cover is Type 3 hard-anodized, offers about 25% more tensile strength than cast units and limits cover flex to roughly .003" for consistent engagement. The strap-driven plates provide smooth engagement, strong clamping force and usability under hard launches. This is a conversion kit that requires a Clutch Masters flywheel and will not work with an OEM flywheel.
