The Mishimoto racing thermostat is specified for multiple Nissan applications, including 1989–1998 240SX with KA or SR20DET engines, 1993–1997 Altima/Stanza 2.4, and 1991–1994 Sentra with 2.0L engines. Calibrated to open at a lower 68°C versus the standard 82°C, it allows coolant to flow earlier to reduce and maintain cooler engine temperatures in modified or high-output turbo setups.
