Mishimoto’s front-sump oil cooler kit for 2004–2006 Pontiac GTO (5.7L/6.0L) is a DIY solution for modified LS1/LS2 platforms. The 25-row cooler includes a CNC-machined oil line adapter for AN fittings but requires custom bracket fabrication to mount. During testing it reduced oil temperatures by about 65°F, making it suitable for race-oriented or heavily boosted setups that demand aggressive oil cooling and consistent oil temps.
