DEI Tan Glass Fiber Exhaust Wrap (8 in x 100 ft) is a wide, long roll intended for wrapping large downpipes, manifolds or sections of exhaust to reduce underhood radiant heat and retain hotter exhaust gases for improved flow. It withstands 1200°F direct and 2000°F radiant temperatures, lowers underhood temperatures significantly, and provides added durability and heat retention. HT silicone coating is recommended to protect and extend wrap life; avoid wrapping catalytic converters or flex joints.
