The Wehrli fabricated aluminum coolant tank kit for 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins upgrades the plastic reservoir to a powder‑coated aluminum tank that mounts in the OEM location and uses factory mounting points. The kit includes a black anodized billet cap, billet coolant level sight glass and installation hardware. Finished in Illusion Purple, it installs with basic hand tools and is not compatible with 2003 or early 2004 models.
