The Wehrli fabricated aluminum coolant tank kit for 2004.5–2007 5.9L Cummins replaces the yellowed plastic reservoir with a powder‑coated aluminum tank that mounts in the OEM location and uses factory mounting points. The kit includes a black anodized billet cap, billet coolant level sight glass and installation hardware. It installs with basic hand tools and fits stock trucks; not compatible with 2003 or early 2004 models.
