Built from 100% new carbon steel and treated with high‑temp anti‑rust black paint, it uses semi‑metallic friction material and is precision arc‑grinded for correct shoe‑to‑drum contact. Glue lining and treatment secure the friction material, and parts are field and lab tested and bonded or riveted per OE specifications.
