It’s manufactured from 100% new carbon steel, dipped in high‑temp anti‑rust black paint, and fitted with semi‑metallic friction material that’s precision arc‑grinded for an accurate fit. Glue lining and treatment enhance adhesion, and the shoes are field and lab tested and bonded or riveted to OE standards.
