The DBA 4000 Series drilled and slotted rotor is a direct-replacement rear rotor for 2001–2005 Mazda MX-5 Miata Sport and 2004–2005 Mazdaspeed Turbo applications. It uses high-carbon, heat-treated iron and patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation with a drilled-and-slotted pattern for improved pad dust and gas evacuation; the XS Gold option adds a non-directional cross drilled and slotted face plus a gold hub finish.
