The EBC Ultimax slotted front rotors are made for 2010–2014 BMW X5 4.4 Twin Turbo models, excluding X5M. These slotted rotors use progressively angled slots to pull in cool air for better brake cooling while avoiding the excessive air noise typical of slotted designs. The slots also clear dust and debris to preserve pad grip and help extend pad life, giving quieter, cooler operation for that X5 application.
