The DFC complete brake kit for 2002–2006 Ford Expedition includes rotors, 4000 HybriDynamic pads and hardware for front and rear service. Rotors cast to G3000 specification are precision-machined and finished non-directionally to promote faster pad bed-in; vented rotors undergo mill-balance correction and all components pass 100% inspection. HybriDynamic pads are post-cured, scorched and assembled with rubber-steel-rubber shims to reduce NVH and improve initial brake response.
