The DFC front rotor kit for 2006–2010 Ford Explorer applications includes precision-machined rotors, 4000 HybriDynamic pads, and hardware for a complete replacement. Rotors are cast to G3000 standards, finished non-directionally to promote faster pad bed-in and quieter stops, and electronically mill-balanced to reduce vibration. HybriDynamic pads are post-cured and scorched to stabilize friction performance and lower initial break-in time, with hardware to restore proper caliper fit and NVH.
