The DFC front brake kit pairs vented rotors with 4000 HybriDynamic brake pads and hardware for 2003–2011 Ford Ranger front applications. Rotors are machined to tight tolerances and given a non-directional finish to promote faster pad bed-in; vented rotors are mill-balanced during inspection. The HybriDynamic pads are post-cured and scorched to stabilize friction and reduce break-in.
