The DFC front brake kit pairs vented rotors with 4000 HybriDynamic brake pads and hardware for 1997–2004 Ford F-150 front applications. Rotors are machined to tight tolerances and finished non-directionally to promote faster pad bed-in; vented rotors are mill-balanced and inspected. The HybriDynamic pads are post-cured and scorched to stabilize friction and reduce break-in.
