The DFC front rotor kit for 1998–2002 Ford Ranger applications includes premium rotors, 4000 HybriDynamic pads, and hardware to restore OE-style braking. Rotors use G3000 cast iron, receive precision machining and a non-directional finish for faster, even pad bed-in, and are electronically mill-balanced to reduce vibration. HybriDynamic pads are post-cured and scorched to stabilize friction and minimize break-in, with shims and hardware to control noise and wear.
