The DFC front brake kit pairs vented rotors with 4000 HybriDynamic brake pads and hardware for 1993–1994 Ford Explorer front applications. Rotors are machined to tight tolerances, finished non-directionally to promote faster pad bed-in, and mill-balanced during inspection. The HybriDynamic pads are post-cured and scorched to stabilize friction and reduce break-in.
