The DFC front rotor and pad kit for 1999–2009 Volvo S80 includes rotors, 4000 HybriDynamic pads, and hardware for a full replacement. DFC rotors are engineered to G3000 casting standards, machined to tight tolerances, and finished non-directionally to promote even pad bedding. Pads are post-cured, scorched to reduce break-in, low-dust, and fitted with rubber-steel-rubber shims; a 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty is offered.
