The DBA 4000 Series plain rotor for 2000–2006 Audi TT and TT Quattro front applications is a direct-replacement rotor cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and treated with Thermal Stability Profiling. Its Kangaroo Paw ventilation uses 144 diamond and teardrop pillars to increase surface area and cooling—up to 30% more surface area and roughly 20% better cooling efficiency.
