The Brembo UV-coated rotor is a direct front replacement for 2011–2019 Ford Explorer, 2009–2019 Flex and 2010–2019 Taurus applications. The solvent‑free UV coating protects disc and braking plate surfaces, while high‑carbon cast iron construction reduces noise and vibration where applicable. Each rotor includes fixing hardware and intelligent part/minimum thickness marking. Brembo recommends replacing pads with rotors and pairing with NAO, Ceramic or Low Met pads for optimal braking.
