The Brembo UV-coated front rotor for 2000–2004 Volvo S40 and V40 is an OE-equivalent direct-replacement finished with a solvent-free UV coating to protect disc and braking plate surfaces. Where applicable the rotor is cast from high-carbon iron to minimize noise and vibration; it includes a fixing screw kit and intelligent markings for part number and minimum thickness. Replace rotors and pads together and pair with Brembo NAO, Ceramic or Low Met pads.
