The DFC Geomet-coated rear brake rotor for 2019–2025 Freightliner Sprinter 1500 is a hi-carbon alloy direct-fit replacement intended to restore consistent rear braking on the van. Engineered from G3000/G11H18 iron castings with OE vane design to manage heat, the rotor is precision mill-balanced to reduce vibration, fine-turned to a 16 RMS finish to aid pad break-in, and finished with Geomet corrosion protection. DTV ≤0.10 mm; lateral runout ≤0.50 mm.
